Any and all personal information collected by this form is strictly confidential. Cupcake Royale will use said information for the sole purpose of processing orders placed using this form. If you have selected to join our super awesome email list, we will use the email address you provide to send you occasional bits of cupcake news and invite you to cool things like in-store performances and new flavor tastings. If you are a Frequent Cupcaker, and have selected to create an account with us to ensure speedy cupcake orders in the future, your Customer Information will be stored on our secure server and used for the sole purpose of processing your online cupcake orders. We will not share or sell any information collected by this form. Baker's honor.

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours before your desired pick-up time. Your credit card will be charged in the amount of your electronic invoice on the day your order is submitted to our bakery, which is the day before your pick-up day. You will receive an email on that day reminding you of your pick up time and confirming that payment has been received. If you do not show up to pick up your order, your card will still be charged.

If you need to cancel or change an order please call our handy dandy online ordering hotline at 206.883.7656. Please do not call the location you plan to pick up at, as the folks there are very busy frosting cupcakes and brewing coffee. We will gladly refund orders cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the pick up time. And of course we will correct any error made on our end by either refund or reissue.

Online cupcake ordering is for quick and easy orders of our regular cupcake flavors in multiples of one dozen. To order in different quantities, or for orders that require babycakes, custom colors, inscriptions, or any other special considerations, please call your neighborhood Cupcake Royale, and we'll be happy to accommodate your custom cupcake needs.
